Processing time
Our current order processing time is 2-6 business days. This may change during sales periods and the holiday season. Please refer to the banner at the top of the Homepage for current timelines.
Delivery time and dates
All the delivery times mentioned are based on Australia Post estimates. Holiday delivery times may differ. Visit https://auspost.com.au for Holiday/Peak season delivery time lines.
Within Australia, please allow 8 business days to receive your order.
For all International orders (out of Australia), please allow about 3-6 weeks to receive your order. The estimates above don't include processing times at Customs.
If you need your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing an order to upgrade to Express Post or Courier Post. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates and do not accept returns or issue refunds if your order doesn't reach you in time for your event. So please place your order accordingly.
My order hasn't arrived
Please refer to your tracking information to check on the status of your delivery.
It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post. Unfortunately, it can happen.
If you haven't received your parcel within the above mentioned timelines, please contact us and we'll follow this up for you.
If you'd like to add insurance or Signature on delivery please message us before placing your order. For international orders (outside Australia), as the charges for insurance and tracking vary greatly according to your location, please message us before you place an order to get an accurate quote.
Returns
Please be advised that returns will be allowed only if an item is faulty. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us about it. We will advise if a return is needed.
In the unlikely event where you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us about it.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer change of mind returns.
All returns need to be approved by us for a refund to be processed or a replacement sent out.
Return to Sender
Please note, we have a 'No Cancellation' policy, so please be sure of your order before you place it. If you have any questions, please reach out before you place your order.
Any parcels returned to sender because of incorrect address provided by the customer, or any other reason, will incur postage charges to be sent out to you again. Australia Post is now charging senders for Return mail and this charge will be passed on to the customer if an incorrect address is provided. Please ensure the address on your account is correct.
If the error is on our part, we will bear the cost of sending you your order.
No refund or replacement will be issued for unauthorised Return to sender / or for failure to collect your order from your local Post office.
